From Spring through Fall the Lewes Yacht Club hosts many regattas. Some races are
held annually and some on a weekly basis.
We promote participation among our sailing membership and invite our non-sailing
members and their guests to just to relax on the deck and observe the beautiful sails.
Participation in the various Regattas is open to LYC Members and non-members.

2012 Regattas:
- LYC Sunday Sailing Races - 12 Noon throughout the summer.
- Sail your Sunfish or Mobjack, or rent one from LYC.
Junior sailors on Open Bics, Zumas, or Opti's start the race after the adults.
- LYC Wednesday Beer Can Races - Weekly throughout the June, July, and
August. Every Wednesday at 5:30PM (meet by 5PM in front of LYC)
- Atlantic City Race Week - July 20-22
- Cape to Cape Challenge - August 3-4, 2012 (Cape May to Lewes)
- Avalon Cup - August 11, 2012
