Instructions for printing in black and white (to save color ink):
- While you are viewing the newsletter, choose "file", then "print" (do not just click on the print icon)
- A pop-up box should appear with your type of printer. Choose the "properties" or "preferences" button.
- Look for a small check box which will allow you to print in "black and white", or a pull down menu to turn "on" the "gray scale printing".
- Choose "OK", and your newsletter should print in black and white only.
Remember, every printer is going to be slightly different. Unfortunately, we are not able to know the specific directions for each one, so it may take some looking for the "print in black and white" option.

To install the new Adobe reader 8.0 version
- go to
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html (you can click this link)
- uncheck the toolbar & photoshop options (unless you want them)
- click the red download button
- click "run" (you may have to click yes, to allow this program to be downloaded, depending on your firewall & security settings)
- once it is downloaded another screen will pop up for installation, just keep hitting "next" & "install', until you get to "finished"
That should do it.
