Instructions for printing in black and white (to save color ink):

To install Adobe Reader:
- go to http://get.adobe.com/reader (you can click this link)
- While you are viewing the newsletter, choose "file", then "print" (not the printer icon)
- A pop-up box should appear with your type of printer. Choose the "properties" or "preferences"
button. - Look for a small check box which will allow you to print in "black and white", or a pull down
menu to turn "on" the "gray scale printing". - Choose "OK", and your newsletter should print in black and white only.
- Remember, each printer will be slightly different. Unfortunately, we are not able to know the
specific directions for each one, so it may take some looking for the "print in black and white"
option. - If you are really stumped, email us and we will do our best to try to help you through the printing
process.
