- The Pool hires certified lifeguards, a pool manager, and a swim team coach each
season.
- The Sailing area is staffed with certified sailing instructors during the summer
season.
- The Club House hires part time employees for many restaurant positions, including
bartenders, wait staff, bus staff, cooks, dishwashers and light cleaning.
- Salaries for other positions are commensurate with experience.
